Birth Place & Biographical Information
James M. Wirth was born in December of 1978 in St. John Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma. A life long Oklahoman, James has resided in Owasso, Claremore, Stillwater, Tulsa, and Broken Arrow. In 2003, James married his high school sweetheart. They have a son, who was born in January of 2009, and a daughter, born in October, 2011.
Chuck M. Parrish, Esq.
Chuck M. Parrish joined the firm as a legal intern on August 16, 2010. He passed the Oklahoma Bar Exam and has been an associate attorney with the Tulsa law firm since September of 2010.
Bryce A. Evans
Bryce A. Evans first worked with Wirth Law Office as an intern while pursing his juris doctorate at University of Oklahoma College of Law. Upon graduation and admission into the Oklahoma Bar Association, he joined the firm in November, 2015.
Phyllis A. Holdsclaw, Esq.
An Enid native and 1999 alumna of Tulsa University College of Law, Phyllis Holdsclaw joined Wirth Law Office on Jan. 1, 2014 after several years of private practice and extensive work with other Oklahoma law firms. A 1978 graduate of Thomas Edison Preparatory School in Tulsa, she holds a 1982 bachelor’s degree in computer science from University of Oklahoma.
