Wirth Law Office proudly announces the addition of our newest staff attorney, Phyllis Holdsclaw, who joined the firm Jan. 1, 2014. Our growing cadre of attorneys, paralegals and support staff welcome Ms. Holdsclaw and the added strength she brings to our team of Tulsa legal service providers.
An Enid native and 1999 alumna of Tulsa University College of Law, Ms. Holdsclaw joined Wirth Law Office after several years of private practice and extensive work with other Oklahoma law firms. A 1978 graduate of Thomas Edison Preparatory School in Tulsa, she holds a 1982 bachelor’s degree in computer science from University of Oklahoma.
In private practice at Holdsclaw Law Office with her husband Frank Holdsclaw, Ms. Holdsclaw provided legal services in family law matters related to divorce, adoptions and guardianships. Her family law background provides Wirth Law Office’s newest Tulsa attorney a solid foundation in one of our primary practice areas.
Mr. Holdsclaw currently works as a project manager for Oklahoma’s Administrative Office of Courts. The couple has enjoyed 30 years of marriage and together raised three children.
Ms. Holdsclaw also has extensive experience in real estate and property law. She holds a Resources, Energy and Law Certificate from Tulsa University College of Law.
