I never knew that was a real thing until I had one of them! And I am sure grateful that I had Wirth law office on my side! Keith Flinn is awesome, we were in court for a couple minutes before Keith uncovered all the lies! the truth came out case dismissed. I went from defense to now offense with Brian on my side, Now were going to recover any expenses we can and keep her from ever coming around me again! These people don't mess around and they have a huge team of lawyers so they can find the right fit. Hiring any attorney is usually expensive but I was surprised that wirth law office was as affordable as they are. On the first day of court they sent three of the big dogs over just to let the other side know we ain't playing! They weren't playing we won! they lost! Don't get stuck doing the Walk of Shame with some "other attorney" Megan is the greatest and I had to mention her because she is a sweetheart❤" she put up with me during my Rants' Raves & frustrations. I Was looking for an attorney, for my case and ran across Wirth Law Office, called them and they were... read moreI Was looking for an attorney, for my case and ran across Wirth Law Office, called them and they were happy to represent me, on the day of my court I went to court unfortunately there was a note on the door stating cases would have to be rescheduled due to an ongoing court case I called my Lawyer Justin, he told me to he would check in to it and go ahead and meet him at the law office, when I got there he was coming in and told me he had some good news, I didnt see how because I didn't have court, but while I was on my way back to their office he was talking with the judge and he got my case dismissed, I was so surprised and happy I asked how and Justin said I went to see the judge anyway and talked with her and she dismissed my case. Justin is so awesome at what he does, And I'm coming back to them to get everything exsponged, he is truly my Hero, and I Thank him so much, If your ever needing a lawyer chooses Justin he is the best!!!! read less

They have been the most kind and respectful lawyers I have ever dealt with in my life. Retaining their services gave me the peace of mind and confidence that I needed and such a hard time of my life, and I am thankful beyond words for the help they have provided me throughout my time of need. I know God can get me through anything that this life throws at me, but sometimes having the absolute best representation is necessary for God to do his work. BACKGROUND
We are new to the area and truly did not know who to contact concerning a water pipe in our front yard that was cut by the workers employed by the CITY of Muskogee month of AUGUST 2024 while installing a new water metre in our front yard .We were notified by the CITY of Muskogee that a new water metre was required upon purchasing a home in Muskogee.

The fractured pipe has been spewing water into our front lawn and into the street since it was cut August 2024 and is a culprit in the flooding of the crawl space of the home we purchased. The prior owners are adamant that the crawl space NEVER FLOODED DURING THEIR SOJOURN IN OUR PURCHASED RESIDENCE.

WE HAVE CONTACTED THE CITY OF MUSKOGEE MULTILPLE TIMES WITHOUT RESPONSE TO THE SITUATION THUS WE ARE SEEKING LEGAL INTERVENTION.

Wirth Law Offices and Ms. Randall went above the usual " that is not what we do" and provided additional support which we intend to contact.

All in all, the common thread of discussion that ensued as we opted to choose residence in Muskogee appears accurate..
