BACKGROUND We are new to the area and truly did not know who to contact concerning a water pipe in our front yard that was cut by the workers employed by the CITY of Muskogee month of AUGUST 2024 while installing a new water metre in our front yard .We were notified by the CITY of Muskogee that a new water metre was required upon purchasing a home in Muskogee.
The fractured pipe has been spewing water into our front lawn and into the street since it was cut August 2024 and is a culprit in the flooding of the crawl space of the home we purchased. The prior owners are adamant that the crawl space NEVER FLOODED DURING THEIR SOJOURN IN OUR PURCHASED RESIDENCE.
WE HAVE CONTACTED THE CITY OF MUSKOGEE MULTILPLE TIMES WITHOUT RESPONSE TO THE SITUATION THUS WE ARE SEEKING LEGAL INTERVENTION.
Wirth Law Offices and Ms. Randall went above the usual " that is not what we do" and provided additional support which we intend to contact.
