Reckless driving is four points on your license. Careless driving is two points on your license. Contest racing, operator of any vehicle failing to stop at a railroad crossing when required, driving any vehicle through around or under crossing gates or barricade at a railroad crossing, operator of any vehicle failing to obey directions of law enforcement officer at a railroad crossing, operator of a commercial vehicle other than bus or hazmat, failing to slow and check for tracks clear of the train.
